$500 booking fee, which will apply as follows:
≤30 miles from 94577: $250 On-Site Project Consultation (1-2 hours) + $250 deposit toward future work
≤45 miles from 94577 $350 On-Site Project Consultation (1-2 hours) + $150 deposit toward future work
≤60 miles from 94577 $450 On-Site Project Consultation (1-2 hours) ≤60 miles + $50 deposit toward future work
>60 miles from 94577 $TBD On-Site Project Consultation (1-2 hours) For projects greater than 60 miles from 94577, the site visit fee will be at least $500. Any additional charges will be calculated and discussed prior to the site visit. If the total site visit fee is not agreed upon, this service fee will be refunded.

On-Site Project Consultation (2 hours) + $250 deposit toward future work - $350: 5–15 miles
On-Site Project Consultation (2 hours) + $150 deposit toward future work - $500: 15.01–30 miles
On-Site Project Consultation (2 hours) - If you’re over 30 miles away, the total fee is $250 plus $10 per mile from 94577.
For example, for 65 miles away:
$250 + (65 x $10) = $250 + $650 = $900 site consultation fee.
For this, an additional $400 fee to be paid, or a contract signed prior to the site visit.
