Service & Refund Policy
Avant-Garde Construction Enterprise provides professional services, not physical products.
Because our time, expertise, and project capacity are limited and consumed as soon as work is scheduled and/or performed, all fees paid for consultations, audits, design, and construction services are nonrefundable.
By booking a service with us, you acknowledge and agree that:
Client Cancelation Clause: The site visit may be canceled with a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled day and time.
If canceled between 12- 24 hours in advance, no service will be provided and a 75% refund will apply.
If canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled day and time, no service will be provided and a 50% refund will apply.
Once scheduled, Avant-Garde will make all earnest attempts keep the scheduled day and time. Typically any potential changes are due only to Acts of God.
If for any reason Avant-Garde needs to cancel or reschedule the appointment, the above cancelation fees will not be applicable toward the original scheduled day and time, and cost for the site visit will be discounted by 25%.
With the exception for the cancelation clause, All other sales are final and no refunds will be issued once payment is made.
Fees paid for site visits, consultations, audits, design, or planning are payment for professional time and expertise already allocated and are not contingent on any future decision to proceed with construction.
If our agreement or invoice specifies that a consultation or audit fee will be credited toward future work, that credit is the only adjustment available and is subject to the terms and expiration listed in your proposal or contract.
Rescheduling of appointments may be allowed, subject to the rescheduling/ cancellation policy in your contract, but does not create any right to a refund.
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law; however, to the fullest extent permitted, we do not offer refunds on services rendered or time reserved.
