We specialize in seismic retrofits: crawl space retrofits, soft-story retrofits, foundation repair, foundation replacement, French-drains, moment frames, moment columns, structural steel, and earthquake retrofits of all shapes and sizes. Over 3,000 seismic retrofits completed since 2009.

As long as the minimum requirements are being met, then absolutely! We work closely with you to create a retrofit design that aligns with your budget, preferences, and requirements.

When engineered is required, we can provide a list of highly regarded engineers which we have worked closely with on current and past projects. Contracting & paying the engineer will be done directly by you as the homeowner.

If the work is in your home or if your crawl space access is in your home, then we will mask off construction areas, around your crawl space opening, and a path from an exterior door to the crawl space opening with floor protection and plastic sheeting.
We take all necessary precautions to control dust; however, some crawl spaces have particularly fine dust that, in rare instances, makes it way through small, existing crevices in the floor.
